Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for administration of the applicable sections of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as it applies to property improvements.  Duke Todd is the current ACC Chair. 

The ACC oversees new construction of primary residences, modifications to existing structures, and the addition of new structures, including, but not limited to, pools or any out-buildings.  

In reviewing plans and specifications for improvements, the ACC considers the quality of workmanship and design, harmony of external design with existing structures and location in relation to surrounding structures, adherence to set-back requirements, topography and finish grade elevation (among other considerations – see page 4 of the Declaration: Section 5/Architectural).

ACC requests for new construction, modifications to existing structures, addition of new structures,  and improvements such as, but not limited to, driveways, pools, decks, and fencing are to be submitted along with a completed Property Improvement Application Form to:
